There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

We signed a contract for listing our home with Judy Stansfield after a previous contract with another agent had expired.  We were amazed at the difference in the level of professionalism and attention to details that Judy Stansfield provided for us.  Judy came in with documentation of the market activity and professionally advised us where we stood with our home.  She has such an eye for detail and made recommendations of how to assist us with the sell of our home.  She was sensitive to our situation and pledged her full support and attention to our situation.  Judy told us she would be with us each step of the way and she held her word.  We were treated as if we were her only clients and that definitely was not the case.  When we needed her, we called, and if we did not reach her immediately she always returned calls promptly.  We were never left wondering what was transpiring.

When our home closed in only three months after listing with Judy, she again was with us all the way.  She attended the closing with us and again acted as our advisor and advocate.  Our home sold when the housing and financial markets were very shaky and just before the entire bottom dropped out.  Judy was positive, but realistic during the process and kept us informed of how those situations would affect the sale of our home.

Judy Stansfield, real estate agent with Keller Williams, is probably causing a lot of real estate agents in the area to rethink how they do business. At least, they should, if they are not matching her step for step.

Judy was our agent in a two month search for a new home in Hickory. The challenge was great enough with my wife and me, and made that much more difficult because we have three children who Judy was going to have to please. We were not easy customers.

Judy was professional and energetic throughout the process. She listened intently to our verbalized wants and needs, and helped guide us through the elimination of many properties. She was respectful of us, but not afraid to step in and remind us (especially when we were beginning to think the right place wouldn't just come along, and were ready to settle for something less) that we would find the THE HOUSE.

She also made the process fun for my wife and me. She very definitely scored high with the kids.

When she happened upon the house we finally bought, she was as excited for us as we were. She was there for us, either physically or behind the scenes, throughout the bid and closing processes as well. We never worried that our agent might drop the ball on something. That is not in Judy's nature.

If I were to imagine what elements of professionalism and character traits makes an excellent real estate agent, I only have to think of Judy Stansfield. Neither my wife nor I have any reservation in recommending Judy to any prospective home buyer. And I don't doubt for a minute who we will call if we ever decide to sell this house.
